CC Partner Charged with Hotel Assault

Cambridge educated Kitchin only recently moved to CC after 12 years as managing partner of Ashurst’s Tokyo office – as first impressions go, it’s not looking good. Kitchin, 56, has denied assaulting his long-term lover, Misato Yoshida, at the five-star Perthshire hotel on June 4.
According to the Daily Record, he was arrested and spent several hours in custody before appearing in the dock at Perth Sheriff Court.
He was granted bail and a trial has been set for November.
