Associate Salaries Up at Herbert Smith
Herbies joins the likes of Slaughters, A&O and Freshfields by increasing associate pay after last year’s freeze…
For some at least. NQs will receive an increase of £1,000 to £61,000 after pay was held at £60,000 in 2009. And associates with three-year PQE will see their salaries increase by £2,000 to £85,000.
However, the less fortunate associates at one or two years PQE will see no increase in pay, meaning salaries remain at £68,000 and £73,000 respectively. Gutted.
