The firm has been running a monthly competition with a £500 prize for the best BD idea. And it’s so pleased with its business development competition, it is now offering £20,000 in cash for the idea of the year.

Everyone from support staff to senior partners has been encouraged to submit their ideas to a judging panel that selects a winning proposal each month.
