But a court might not necessarily agree.

Dr. Sharla Helton of Oklahoma City decided to inject herself with Botox to get rid of her wrinkles.

Unfortunately, rather than achieving a face like a snare drum beautiful, wrinkle free skin, Dr. Helton apparently got botulism. Following which a court awarded her $15 million in damages on her claim that the 2006 warning label for Botox didn’t adequately disclose the risks of using the drug.

The drug manufacturer is appealing.
