Plaintiff’s Lawyer – Your Honor, the plaintiff is entitled to the proceeds from the Works In Progress.

Defendant’s Lawyer – Judge, the contract clearly allows the defendant to keep the WIP proceeds.

Judge – You can use that acronym all you want, just keep in mind, counsel that every time you say “WIP”, I think four-inch heels and black leather.
