Denton Wilde Sapte has promoted two lawyers, neither are in its London office but both in its energy and infrastructure practice. Ian McGrath is promoted in the firm’s Muscat office, while Victoria Simonova is promoted in Almaty.

Macfarlanes has made up just one partner in this year’s promotions round, Camilla Barry, a pensions specialist.

And Watson Farley & Williams has promoted two lawyers, both outside the UK. In Athens, Marisetta Marcopoulou has made partner in the international projects and structured finance group and in Bangkok, Alan Polivnick has been promoted in the international litigation group.
