The magic circle firm has introduced an new training scheme for associates of around five to six years PQE. This is in addition to its Senior Associate Induction Course.
CC: The ADC is a two-day programme involving a series of exercises designed to develop associates’ skills across three principal areas: business, clients and people. The programme finishes with an hour-long individual feedback session where a personal development plan is formulated.
