		<description>in another post: anyone who has actually worked in a commercial firm can tell you that your partners only give a toss about your ’soft’ skills when you actually become one of them and have to bring in clients. Unless you are some kind of super associate with the rainmaking skills of an old hand; taking your foot off the billable hours gas in favour of other activities will only result in one thing. Consider any extra requirements as just that – extra!</description>
