If they’re doing it over there, how long before it comes over here. Reuters reports that a New York law firm, Tacopina Siegel & Turano, is to be the subject of a new reality series, "Legal Ease." Now that Big Brother has come to an end, British TV execs are no-doubt looking for the next reality theme into which they can thrust intrusive cameras and offensive personalities.

Business has already had its fair share of exposure with Dragons Den and The Apprentice . As far as lawyers go The Barristers has attempted to get under the skin of that prong of the profession, although it was likened more to a documentary than a reality show – too much about work rather than flat-sharing and bed-sharing. Still, how long will it be before someone is persuaded that allowing cameras into their office could be great PR for their firm and a new way of attracting business during the slump?

Until the editor goes to town in the cutting room of course.
