The US firm’s London office has had a difficult few months. In March White & Case launched a restructuring which is believed to have resulted in around 10% of the London partnership leaving the firm. The firm also carried out changes to its global remuneration structure, which saw a number of partners seeing a cut in their equity allocations. As a result partners in London have seen their quarterly partner profit distributions for the third quarter (the firm reports using the calendar year) fall by as much as 30% year-on-year.
