When it comes to salaries and bonuses, Slaughter and May associates are the most satisfied according to according to Legal Week’s annual Employee Satisfaction Survey. When it comes to salaries and bonuses, Slaughter and May associates are the most satisfied according to according to Legal Week’s annual Employee Satisfaction Survey. The survey considers over 30 different criteria which fall broadly into 5 categories including professional, personal, management, career and development, and salary and benefits. It concentrates on assistants and associates in the UK top 50 and the 10 largest international/US firms in London.
According to Legal Week , the top five spots for 2009 are held by Slaughter and May, CMS Cameron McKenna, Dewey & LeBoeuf, Weil Gotshal & Manges and Linklaters.
But at the other end of the spectrum, the lowest scoring firms were DLA Piper, Walker Morris, Hill Dickinson, Halliwells and Irwin Mitchell.

no surprise that Slaughters have done well. they didn’t make redundancies, are keeping on most of their NQs and i think they even paid bonuses
