The claim, issued by CMS Cameron McKenna , relates to advice given by Linklaters provided on the settlement of a claim against architect and design practice Building Design Partnership and construction company FB Ellmer.
Linklaters advised on the settlement of a claim relating to repairs on leaky buildings which the club says was drafted in such a way that it could not pursue further damages should the repairs cost more than anticipated.
