Lucky 13: Trainees Defer for Year at Dentons

Back in April , Denton Wilde Sapte contacted some of its future trainee solicitors requesting them to push back their start dates by a year. Thirteen trainees have taken up the firm’s offer and will be in line to receive a payment of up to £10,000 for their 12 months off.

The trainees were due to start in September 2009 and March 2010 but have now postponed their start dates for one year, receiving compensation of £7,000 plus an additional £3,000 if they choose to pursue pro bono or charitable projects during their deferral period. Enjoy.
