Nabarro is barely any better than DLA. Statutory minimum plus one month's salary, whatever the length of service.

its partners can surely afford to offer their staff more than the minimum severance pay under UK employment law? Companies on the brink of bankruptcy or with little means to pay creditors - that's where statutory redundancy pay is meant to act as an absolute floor not at profitable multinational organisations such as DLA. Disgraceful.

I cannot believe that a firm of that size and supposed reputation would let their staff go with minimum statutory pay. It is a disgrace and no doubt it will prove to be simply so that the partners can maintain their PEP.
