Large parts of my department have either been sacked or are being sacked, it is totally depressing and I can't wait to get out.

The deprtment's evolving its strategy and the focus no longer fits with my ambitions so I am looking for a practice with aspirations aligned to my own.

I recently attended an interview and when I answered the question 'where else had I interviewed', the interviewers concurred that I should not go there as the firm in question was basically $u@@ed. So mcu for avoiding negativity.
