Johnson has sued the makers of his 1990s television series "Nash Bridges" for what he believes could be tens of millions of dollars in profits generated by the program. Don Johnson Productions Inc. said it is seeking damages from 2929 Entertainment Inc., owned by billionaire Mark Cuban, and two other companies affiliated with "Nash Bridges" for money that he never received. Well known lawyer and Justice Secretary Jack Straw has been hit by internet scammers. The online fraudsters sent messages to ministry officials, ruling Labour Party members, and constituents asking for 3,000 dollars (2,300 euros) because he had lost his wallet while in the Nigerian capital of Lagos. The e-mails claimed he was in need of emergency money and are understood to have included the following: "I would like you to assist me with a soft loan urgently to settle my hotel bills and get myself back home".
