"How do you tell when a lawyer is lying?" Harvey Kash reportedly asked Carl Lanzisera.

While some waiting to get into the courthouse giggled, a lawyer further up the line was not laughing.
He told them to be quiet, and when they were not, the lawyer reported the pair to court personnel, who charged them with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor… Oops!
In Ohio, theives have stolen a boxing ring. The ring at Glass City Boxing was swiped sometime Sunday. Trainer Tom Urbina said if the ring is not returned the gym may have to cancel upcoming boxing shows.
The ring has been used since the 1970s by numerous local fighters including Devin Vargas, a heavyweight who made the 2004 U.S. Olympic team…
And in Toronto, Canada an obese inmate who goes by the nickname "Big Mike" has been granted early parole because a Canadian prison could not accommodate his 430-pound frame.He was released earlier this week after serving 25 months in Montreal’s Bordeaux Jail for conspiracy, drug trafficking and gangsterism.
Defense lawyer Clemente Monterosso said the prison’s poor diet caused his client to gain more than 50 pounds.
A convicts’ weight has also been an issue in the United States where one chap, a 500-pound New York man accused of selling knockoff guitars was held in a pickup truck in a parking lot because he could not fit into the courthouse.

They should dig a big hole for fat convicts and only let them out when they have lost enough weight to climb out on their own.
