The stuff he used to tell me about when he first started sounded pretty hardcore, I would rather chase my targets than go through all that. Having said that he is doing pretty well out of it now I hear. Don't think a lot of people have the guts to take real commercial decisions, think you have to be able to take some serious s**t along the way... I'm not denying that most are technically very proficient in their specialism but making snap judgements on commercial aspects of deals is beyond the risk tolerance of most...Its easier to advise and then let business managers take the risks...
